Sending Emails From Funnelish

Want to send emails to your customers straight from within your Funnelish dashboard? Well now you can! In this article we'll review how to create and send emails. To connect your SMTP server, check out the other articles in this section!

To send an email first head to a funnel, and then Funnel automations from the bottom menu bar. You can either create a new automation or add to an existing one.

Once you add your trigger, you can click the + to add an action, and select what type of email you want to send.

Sending a simple text email:

To send a simple text only email select Sending Options after selecting to add a new action, and then select Send an email.

Choose a Text Only email.

Then you'll type in your sender name, email, and subject line.

Now you can type the content that you want to go into the email.

You can use contact details to add the customer's name, order details and more!

Send an email using a template:

For emails with more design, use our email templates to create fully customizable emails and reusable templates!

Select Sending Options after selecting to add a new action, and then select Send an email.

Choose a Template email.

Then you'll type in your sender name, email, and subject line.

Once you get to the template screen you can either choose a pre-existing template, or start from scratch.

Now you can use the drag and drop editor to design the email to fit your brand! You can fully customize all colors, fonts, and basically anything you need to to make the email your own.

Sending a notification email:

You can also use Funnelish's email capabilities to send yourself (or someone on your team) a notification email when someone reaches that point in your automation!

To do this select Sending Options after selecting to add a new action, and then select Send a notification email.

Now, add the email of the person you want to receive the email. You can send a notification to up to 5 email addresses at a time.
