Quickly create a customized funnel for a country
The Geo-funnels tool clones a complete funnel, including steps, products, images, and payment processors. It even copies the automations.
Why clone a funnel?
You can quickly create customized funnels for any number of countries. Let's say you want to make a German version of your funnel. Simply clone the funnel and translate the text. Customize the cloned version any you want, including a locally preferred payment processor and currency.
Another benefit is the unified URL. Even though you might run multiple geo funnels at the same time, they all point to the same web address. A unified address creates advertising efficiencies because a single campaign with a worldwide audience points to one URL. There's no need to design, configure, and manage multiple ad sets or targeted campaigns. The geo-funnel tool directs traffic to the correct funnel/user experience based on your configurations.

Cloning a funnel

The first step is to copy a funnel.
  1. 1.
    Open the Funnels page.
  2. 2.
Click the Geo-funnel arrow next to a funnel name. The folder expands.
  3. 3.
Click the New Geo-funnel button. Funnelish clones the funnel.

Assigning a country

  1. 1.
    Click the box.
  2. 2.
Select a country on the drop-down menu.

At this point, we have two funnels: the parent (original funnel) and the child (cloned version). The child is configured for one specific country.
All traffic from the child country is directed to the child funnel. The parent receives traffic from all other regions. The same rule applies if you have multiple child funnels.

Adding variants

Ready to add more detail? You can:
  1. 1.
Add multiple child funnel, each configured for a different country.
  2. 2.
    Edit the current child funnel.
  3. 3.
Clone the child funnel and set up a page variation test.
